Ian’s Dumplings & Pork Buns

Based in Wodonga, we craft our dumplings, pork buns and spring rolls by hand in our kitchen.

We source local fresh produce to make our products as we believe in supporting local suppliers and using only the freshest of ingredients. From producing a small amount of food for a local market, we now make over 700 dumplings alone to satisfy the demands of customers at two local markets. We have since added pork buns, springs rolls and chilli sauce to our menu, to the delight of our customers.

We are constantly asked by markets outside of the Albury Wodonga area if we would consider attending and selling our wares there. However, because we have built up a following of loyal customers close to home, we have prioritised offering our food to them before others.
